Bridal Booking
Due to our commitment to providing an exclusive and highly personalised experience, Bridal by Stefania focuses on one wedding per day. A minimum booking fee of £220 is required for one bride for all wedding bookings.
For smaller bridal parties, one artist may be the perfect choice. For larger bridal parties or more intricate makeup and hair requirements, two artists can provide a more seamless experience, allowing for better time management and ensuring every detail is beautifully executed.
Stefi also works with a small selection of trusted professional hairstylists whom she can recommend for your wedding day.
Travel & Additional Information
For all on-location makeup services, a travel fee of £0.50 per mile is added to the service price, calculated from my location in Ash Vale, Surrey to your chosen location, unless otherwise agreed.
For locations within 4 miles of Ash Vale, Surrey, travel is included in the service price.
For destination weddings and events, bespoke travel arrangements and additional costs will be discussed and quoted separately.
Parking fees, where applicable, are charged in addition to the service price and are the responsibility of the client and will be discussed in advance.
All services are quoted inclusive of 20% VAT
Bookings, Deposits & Dates
To confirm your booking for any of our services, including bridal trials, a 50% non-refundable booking fee is required in advance. The remaining 50% balance is due one day before your event.
Securing Your Wedding Date
If you wish to secure your wedding date before having your bridal trial, a payment of £250 is required in advance. This includes your £110 bridal trial fee, with the remaining amount securing and holding your wedding date until your trial.
After your trial, if you decide to proceed with Bridal by Stefania, the booking fee will be deducted from your total wedding balance.
If you decide not to proceed following your trial the payment remains non-refundable, as your wedding date has been exclusively reserved for you and we are unable to accept another wedding booking for the same date during this period.
If you would prefer to have your trial first without securing your wedding date, please get in touch as soon as possible. Dates are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be held without a booking fee.
Following your trial, if you wish to proceed with your wedding booking, we ask that you confirm your date within 24 hours, subject to availability.
One Wedding Per Day
The majority of weddings take place on Fridays and Saturdays, and as Bridal by Stefania is committed to providing an exclusive and personalised experience, I accept only one wedding booking per day.
For this reason, I am unable to hold dates without a booking fee. Your date is secured only once the required payment has been received.
By confirming your booking, you also agree to the minimum number of people required for the selected service.
Thank you for your understanding and for allowing me to dedicate my time exclusively to your special day.
Rescheduling & Cancellation Policies
I completely understand that unexpected circumstances, such as illness or other unforeseen events, can sometimes mean that you need to change your plans. I will always do my best to accommodate a new date where possible, so you can still enjoy your event as planned.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your booking, I am happy to move your appointment or wedding date at no additional cost, subject to availability.
Please contact me as soon as you know that you need to change your date so I can do my best to accommodate you.
Cancellation
If you decide to cancel your booking, the 50% booking fee/deposit is non-refundable.
If you have paid the full amount in advance and subsequently need to cancel all services and your event date, 50% of the total amount paid will be refunded.
Payment & Invoices
Deposit invoices must be paid within 2 days of the invoice date via bank transfer in order to confirm your booking and secure your appointment.
The final balance must be paid 7 days before the wedding date via bank transfer. A reminder and final invoice will be sent in advance.
Please note that availability cannot be guaranteed without payment of the required deposit, as other enquiries may be received for the same date.
Cancellation by Bridal by Stefania
In the unlikely event that Bridal by Stefania is unable to attend due to illness, accident or another unforeseen circumstance, I will do my best to arrange a suitable replacement makeup artist.
If you prefer not to proceed with the replacement artist, you will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid for the affected makeup services.
Bridal by Stefania works with a carefully selected network of freelance professional hairstylists. Hairstylist availability and bookings are subject to the individual freelancer's terms and availability.
