Because we are focusing only on one wedding a day is a minimum booking fee is required and is starting at £220 for one bride for all weddings.

Bridal by Stefania offers hairstyling for some bookings herself please ask for availability and send the style of looks you are looking for, for the right quote. Having one artist a day is great for small bookings but depending on looks and number of people having two artists is a luxury for time management, preparation and execution.
Minimum booking for makeup and hair packages with two artists are Bride plus 4 at all seasons. Stefania will arrange everything for a competitive price having two artists. All the hairstylists have a minimum of 13 years of experience and they are working on a freelance basis as a collaboration with Bridal by Stefania.
Covering areas like Ash Vale, Frimley, Aldershot, Togham, Camberley, Farnham, Guildford, Ripley, Middlesex Richmond, Hampton, Strawbery Hills, St. Margaret, Kew Gardens, Teddington, Twickenham, Isleworth, Hounslow, Kingston, including Ashford Surrey, and Central London. we can travel anywhere in the UK as along is booked in advance.
Travel
For bookings, additional travel fees including the return travel charges may vary depending on location, time, and mode of transport. Travel is included in Ash Vale Surrey
Destination weddings
For destinations weddings in, Greece, Mikonos, Skiathos, Crete, Milos, Santorini, Skopelos, Corfu, and Zakynthos, Italy, France, and Spain we charge travel, luggage and
accommodation fees where necessary, in Athens, accommodation is covered.
Premium services
For premium services which can include anniversaries, birthdays, private photoshoots, hen do, bespoke events, and weddings for a full-day cover with 2 makeup changes for the bride, and assistants, please get in touch for quotes.
Booking & policies
To confirm your booking for any of our services, including trials, a non-refundable booking fee of 50% of the total price required in advance. The remain 50% one day before the event. This fee secures your booking and allows us to turn down other inquiries for the same time.
If you're interested in a trial first without holding your wedding date, please reach out as soon as possible, bookings are on a first-come, first-served basis. Following your trial, you'll need to confirm your wedding day booking within 24 hours to ensure we can hold your date.
To lock in your wedding date before the trial if you wish in advance, I ask for a 50% non-refundable deposit. This is so, we can make sure no other events and services are booked for that day.The booking fee towards your wedding day is deducted from your total when you go ahead. However, please be aware that if you decide not to proceed after the trial due other inquiries, the deposit will remain non-refundable, as we cannot accept other services during that period. Thank you for your understanding
To hold any dates for our services, you agree to the minimum number of people requested and a booking fee of 50% must be paid to secure your date. This fee is to confirm your booking and hold your date for your services.
The majority of the weddings are held on Saturday and Friday which means I am only able to take one wedding a day.. Unfortunately, I can't hold any dates without a booking fee, first come first served.
Rescheduling & Cancellation
policies
I completely understand that there is nothing you can do if someone gets ill or other circumstances and you need to reschedule and is important for you to have your event the way you have planned, so I am happy to reschedule the date if you need that with no extra costs depending on availability.
If you cancel the event 50% you paid towards your services is not refundable.
If you had paid the whole amount in advance and you need to cancel all the services including the event date you will receive back 50% of the total you paid.
Deposit invoices are to be paid within 2 days of the invoice date via bank transfer so we can confirm the booking and secure your appointment.
Final deposit invoices are to be paid via bank transfer 7 days in advance of the wedding day (you will receive a final invoice reminder).
Without a deposit, availability cannot be guaranteed due to other inquiries.
Cancelations on our part because of sickness or accident will result in a replacement makeup artist or your money back if you wish to use someone of your choice.
Bridal by Stefania is working with hairstylists on a freelance basis.
